SWELL by Rebelle was one of the best decisions I made. We laughed, we cried, we learned, we evolved, and we celebrated "firsts" together.

Say hello to a new kind of support system.

What could you accomplish with the right people supporting you? Could you be more excited at work, feel more at ease at home, reconnect with old friends, pick up a new hobby, get lost in a good book? The possibilities are endless.

If it feels like you are running on a treadmill to nowhere, we’re here to say, you are NOT alone. The women in SWELL are ambitious, creative, and searching for more.

Are you ready to meet them?

We help women and nonbinary leaders build their confidence in an intimate small group setting.

There is no handbook for how to thrive professionally and live a fulfilling life as an ambitious person balancing it all.

But, there is a way to move through life with ease and confidence. Stop feeling scrambled, like you are just responding to the immediate crisis in front of you. Enjoy the life you have while moving towards what's next for you.

We’ll begin by helping you you define your own version of success and explore new possibilities in a trusted group of your peers.

You don’t have to figure things out alone anymore.

Our members are accomplished professionals, but they are also used to working with limited resources and rarely asking for help.

By using a sounding board of trusted peers, they can see new opportunities, let go of old stories, and consider alternatives they hadn’t noticed before.

Maybe you’ve heard the saying, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” This is a mantra that comes up often in our groups.

SWELL by Rebelle

A 12-month peer mentorship program for women and nonbinary leaders looking to expand their inner circle with smart, competent, and creative people who will challenge them to grow personally and professionally.

Whether you want to change careers, reframe your relationship with work, or expand your ideas about what is possible — SWELL by Rebelle will help you get there.

How SWELL works

We are a hybrid organization and have thoughtfully curated your member experience to connect you with a small group for support as well as our extended SWELL network of alumni.

Meet Your Group

Before you begin, we’ll send you a short intake questionnaire so that we have a sense of who you are as both a professional and a person.

You will be introduced to your group of no more than 6 members. Members are assigned so that you are not only matched with professional equals, but also women with similar goals and intentions.

Monthly Meetings

For one whole year, you meet with your group once a month for a 90-Minute session. Monthly meetings provide the structure needed to make sustainable change with the accountability and support from your peers.

Our meetings take place virtually to allow ease of scheduling and are facilitated by our leadership coaches.

Stay Connected

We encourage our groups to get together in-person for social events including coffee chats, happy hours, or even brunch! It is up to each group to decide how they want to stay connected and to schedule these meetups.

NEW THIS YEAR: we invite our current members and alumni to join a Private Slack channel to share resources and connect in between monthly sessions.

Attend Rebelle Events

Rebelle events bring together thought leaders from our SWELL membership and beyond to discuss topics ranging from “Self Leadership”, “Community”, “Decision Making” and more.

As a SWELL member you have access to private events for current members and alumni, plus public Rebelle events.

Save the dates: September 19, October 5, November 7-8

When you join SWELL you’ll have a community of people who want you to succeed.

Erin’s Member Story

Erin made some really big changes after joining SWELL. She left her long-time corporate career and launched her own consulting business.

Two years ago she wasn’t sure what she wanted to be when she grew up. She had a great role with a growing tech company. She thought about leaving to paint houses. She floated a bunch of other completely unrelated career paths by our groups.

She found clarity that something like consulting could be the right mix of her gifts, strengths, and passions. Then then everything changed.

Now she owns her own consultancy firm, immediately signed a 5-figure client, and decided she doesn’t do client work on Fridays. All because she opened herself up for feedback from the other members of SWELL.

Are you one decision away from a new life, too?

When you join SWELL, you are getting all of this:

Monthly calls with your group (Value $3,000)

Attend in-person Rebelle events (Value $500)

24/7 access to the SWELL Slack Channel (Value $300)

Private SWELL Member + Alumni dinner (Value $250)

Half Day Rebelle Retreat (Value $699)

That is a total value of $4,749, but your investment is only $1999

We’re making it even easier to join us with newly added payment options

Surround yourself with women who want to support you.

Say hello to your SWELL facilitators.

Hi there! I’m Shannon, a leader, 3x founder, and super-connector who knows the importance of building my network with supportive relationships.

My favorite thing to do is introduce people who I know will enjoy one another. My second favorite is to help people realize what is possible.

I have interviewed thousands of inspiring people in my work as the Founder of Rebelle, business owners, leaders, creatives, people managers, brand builders, women at their peak and women in their valley.

My goal for every member of SWELL is for them to feel confidant, supported, and seen, because when they do, the possibilities are endless.

Christina is a "career slasher," who has combined her diverse interests and skills into a uniquely fulfilling portfolio career. With over 20 years in education, she also has a real estate license, group fitness certification, and life coaching certification. Driven by her desire to follow her own energy while being a resource to others, Christina offers coaching and Human Design insights to help individuals tap into their unique energy.

Katy has coached hundreds of leaders throughout her career. She has helped them improve their leadership and team performance as well as their personal work-life satisfaction in the process. She is passionate about building great leaders, teams, and organizations. She is both strategic and empathetic in her approach to problem solving, which makes her uniquely equipped to support people in getting out of their own way.

Who are the members of SWELL?

Professional women use SWELL to navigate career growth, manage conflict, and build confidence to make their voice heard both inside their organization and in the community at large.

Experienced business owners with more than 5 years operating share best practices, build their support teams, explore product offerings, and manage client challenges with a sounding board of their peers.

Leaders at the Manager, Director, Vice President and Executive levels share their experience navigating the inside of organizations, refine their leadership style, and explore fulfillment both inside and outside of their 9-5 experience.

“I really appreciated the women who were there. Sweet, successful, compassionate women who helped me move forward in my career.”

Jacque joined SWELL as she was reentering the working world after having her first baby. As a Realtor, she knew her ways of working before starting a family weren’t going to work for her anymore. She had started delegating more and experimenting with different types of support, but was still feeling shaky about how it would feel getting back in the swing of things. Her group reflected back to her how much she had already done to set herself up for success. They asked her questions to help her get even more clear about what she needed. Now Jacque is unapologetic about what she needs and what she wants from her work. She uses her group to workshop different ideas of how she wants to show up in and grow her business. She notices the topics she brings to her group and uses that information to better evaluate the opportunities in front of her, to make the best decision for her and her family.

Rhiannon was entering a new season of business ownership. She had spent the last year shepherding her family through the pandemic and taking care of her husband who received a cancer diagnosis, treatment, and was finally cleared. She knew she didn’t want to go back to running her company with her old mindset. She was asking herself the question, “What does it mean to build a business with the acceptance that my family is my first priority as opposed to her business being the first priority?” Inside SWELL she found a consistent opportunity to work through her mindset shift on her terms and timeline in a supportive community of her peers. Now, the pendulum has swung the other way and she is working towards a middle ground. She no longer feels stress or anxiety over financial goals and feels so much more confident and secure in her own prioritization of her family.
